If you're a fan of my music you're well aware I am big on names. The right name can hit my ear instantly leaving me scrambling for a pen or pencil to write it down. Felix Del Tredici is an actual person. He played trombone in my band The Dangerous Crayons. Written more than a decade ago the adventure Felix finds himself on is a nod to those famous lads from Liverpool, The Beatles.

As they travelled far across the land
To learn how from another man

So disguised as Dr. Robert Mr. Felix Del Tredici
Yeah the same Felix Del Tredici travelled back in time through space
Pontificating destination's Penny Lane or Abbey Road?
In his yellow subma-time-machine fueled by a Hofner bass

Where Lennon gave his point of view
How The Beatles had become

As the yellow sub-ma-time-machine went rolling back through time
Well kokopelli and Del Tredici stopped in 1969
Just in time to dig a pony to get back and to Let it Be
At the final rooftop concert where The Beatles played for free

They were tired of all the business deals
And the music wasn't feeling real
And they decided that the end it
Might be nearing

They agreed as they looked everywhere
